What is Eleve Portable's return policy?

Ordered something that isn't quite right? Not a problem!

At Eleve Portable, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund within 21 days of purchase. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund.

Eleve Portable Return Policy

Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment. We cannot change payment methods to redirect refunds to other accounts. All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.

  • Please make sure to remove all non-Eleve Portable items from your return as Eleve Portable will not be responsible to return these to you, and they will be disposed of.
  • If you are processing a full item return, any free promotional items will need to be sent back with the other product(s). Otherwise, you will only receive the refund minus the cost of the promotional items at full price. 
  • For all approved Returns, we process your domestic return shipping label via a prepaid UPS label and will ship your new order free of charge.
  • We require retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost with the courier, we will take responsibility and honor the Return.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. 
  • Additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. A Return is only authorized using an Eleve Portable prepaid Return Label. Any outside return labels purchased are non-refundable by Eleve Portable. 
  • All returns must be from a verified ElevePortable.com order. Eleve Portable does not offer returns on items purchased outside of ElevePortable.com. 
  • Eleve Portable does not price match with dealers or competitors. 
  • All return labels provided by Eleve Portable are digital. Eleve Portable is not responsible for providing a physical return label. 

 

Need help finding your order number?

Your order number is the four-digit number that begins with a #EP included in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. It is also located on your order's packing slip. If you cannot find these records, no problem! Send us an email to support@eleveportable.com using the email address used to place your order, and we can send it over!

All Returns must be processed through our Contact Us Portal within 21 days of the original purchase. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to send back your item. 

 

What items are not eligible for returns?

Items that are not eligible for a return include:

  • A replacement product
  • Free gifts

 

How do I make a return?

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we've made returning your items easy. Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Go to Contact Us: Your first step to resolution! Visit our Contact Us page at https://eleveportable.com/pages/contact.
  2. Input Your Details:
    • Enter your name and email address into the contact form. Choose "Order Payment/Refund" as your subject. Then, please provide us with your order number.
    • If you do not know your order number, you can find it in the confirmation email we sent you.
  3. Specify the reason in the message box:
    • Detail why you want to return (e.g., damaged item, received wrong item).
  4. Attach Evidence:
    • Important: Please attach any evidence or proof for verification.
  5. Submit and Wait:
    • Once done, we'll email you the shipping label for the return.

IMPORTANT:

  • Ensure returns are unused and in the original packaging.
  • Please use the prepaid shipping label given by us.

How soon can I expect my refund?

Following the return of your item(s), please allow 5 - 10 business days for the assessment process. Subsequently, a team member will initiate your refund and notify you through email. The credit will be automatically applied via the original payment method within 10 business days.

 

No Return Label? Here's What to Do:

If you haven't received a return label, it indicates that your items require additional review. Please be patient; we will send you an email within 1-3 business days once the process is complete. Thank you for your understanding!
